RETURNS / REFUNDS

Returns are only accepted if the chocolate box is received defected or broken. You must send us proof (photos or videos) on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. If the chocolate box is opened, the return will not be applicable. Our team will review the case within 2-3 business days. If the issue is validated, we will proceed with the return and refund process and provide further instructions.
